Fees paid for online courses, classes, or subscriptions are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered based on the refund eligibility criteria mentioned below.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
If a class or course is discontinued by SkillDevelopinc, you are entitled to a 100% refund for the remaining portion.
If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our side and we’re unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you may request a full or partial refund.
In case of accidental duplicate payment, a full refund will be issued after verification.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
You completed more than 20% of the course.
You did not attend live classes and did not inform us in advance.
Change of mind after accessing significant course content.
Issues with your personal internet/device.
Requests made after the refund window has closed.

Our team will review the request within 5–7 working days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You can cancel your course or subscription at any time. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you meet the refund criteria mentioned above.
